Festool Rotex RO150 FEQ 135mm Backing Plate The standard backing plate supplied with the Rotex RO150 FEQ is 150mm diameter, making it suitable for both 150mm diameter sanding discs as well as 150mm and 165mm polishing pads. To allow a safety margin around 150mm polishing pads (such as Edge brand) and to suit some of the samller 135mm diameter pads (such as Menzerna brand), this Festool 135mm backing plate is the preferred option.
